Welcome to Schark EV Charging. By accessing our website or requesting our mobile emergency EV charging and roadside assistance services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Description of Services
Schark EV Charging provides on-demand, mobile electric vehicle charging and basic roadside assistance services. Services are subject to technician availability, weather conditions, and safe deployment environments.
2. Mobile Device and Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
By opting into our text messaging program, you agree to the following terms:
Program Description: Schark EV Charging sends text messages to provide real-time roadside dispatch updates, technician ETAs, service completion confirmations, and customer support alerts.
Message Frequency: Text messaging frequency varies based on your active roadside requests and usage.
Pricing: Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Schark EV Charging does not charge a separate fee for sending text alerts.
Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.

Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. User Obligations and Safety
You agree to provide accurate location and vehicle data when submitting a service request. You must ensure that your vehicle is parked in a location that is safely accessible to our emergency response trucks.
4. Limitation of Liability
Schark EV Charging is not liable for any delays in service caused by traffic, grid locks, extreme weather, or external force majeure events. We are not liable for pre-existing vehicle mechanical or electrical faults.
